Gonzalo Cánovas Contreras is one of BRANDMAKER´s Partners. Mr. Cánovas practice includes advising on domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, trademarks and internet domains. Mr. Cánovas has been involved in transactions spanning a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, telecommunications and cable networks, internet services, transportation, financial services, auto manufacturing, food products and natural resources.
Mr. Cánovas joined BRANDMAKER in 2007. He spent his associate career in CÁNOVAS & CIA. He received his B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and received his J.D. from the same University. He has an LLM in Business Law from Universidad Católica. |
